As a member of the mortgage community it is my mission to provide affordable housing solutions to every American. The current definition of “Manufactured Home” is dated. It needs to be updated to recognize the advancements of home production in the United States. This recognition and definition adjustment as proposed will allow more people to be able to secure affordable homes big enough to support growing families while encouraging people to plant roots in their communities.
