Our government's job is to protect and improve the lives and well-being of its citizens, not to discriminate against already vulnerable communities. This proposed rule is blatant discrimination, and does absolutely nothing to actually benefit any American. It only serves to harm the transgender community, a group of people who are already the target of more discrimination than many Americans can even imagine experiencing.
