By changing the “gender” and “gender identity” to simply “sex”, the administration seeks to do harm to our LGBTQ+ citizens and regress LGBTQ+ rights back by decades. Additionally, this policy change will hurt women of all kinds- including women who do not conform to typical gender expectations.
