To whom it may concern,
Please be advised that the contact information listed on the federal register notice is not working. My email requesting the applications and related documents for ESPER0009319 submitted by the Oklahoma Aquarium, and application ESPER0013385 submitted by Sea Turtle Inc. for Docket No. FWS-R2-ES-2026-1387; FXES11130200000-267-FF02ENEH00 was returned and the phone number was not valid.
Upon reaching out to the permits email for Fish and Wildlife Service (permitsR5ES@fws.gov) I received an email back that the inbox manager is out until June 23, further delaying my request.
In addition, the applications and relevant documents were not made publicly available on regulations.gov, in the federal register, or anywhere else to our knowledge. Due to the inaccurate information in the federal register notice and inability to access relevant documents, Friends of Animals requests that Fish and Wildlife Service repost a corrected notice, make applications available, and restart the comment period.
