I believe that it is very important that we establish a habitat protection for the native plants and animals in Guam. From my research, I have discovered that the habitat destruction has been due to both invasive species being brought to the island as well as unsustainable land use such as buildings being built. Although we are not able to do anything with the invasive species, if we take this habitat maintenance into serious action we will be able to do so much to help the native species of Guam.
