As an avid outdoor recreationist and American citizen I am vehemently against opening refuges to hunting. These are refuges for a reason. They are meant to protect wildlife not be used to hunting. This is absolutely unacceptable. NO HUNTING ON WILDLIFE REFUGE LANDS.
