Summary: The commenter opposes the petition to modify or set aside the order, arguing that Twitter/X has demonstrated a consistent disregard for user privacy and security. They cite past actions by the company's leadership as evidence that the company should not be released from its existing obligations.
Absolutely not, Twitter/X has shown time and time again that they are not to be trusted with date privacy and security. In the past, the leader of Twitter/X ordered that all data be revealed to a third party and that anyone standing in the way would be fired. This is flatly against the order to protect user privacy and security and demonstrates the disregard that the owner of Twitter/X has for its users. Twitter/X should NOT be released from the order.
