I am an individual sharing my experience relevant to the open discussion on"Drug Repurposing for Unmet Medical Needs" in response to in response to FDA Docket No. FDA-2026-N-4492. I have a loved one who is immunocompromised and suffered several COVID infections despite vaccination. She is suffering from several symptoms of long COVID. Due to her immunocompromised status she was approved for use of PEMGARDA as a preventative measure to boost her immune system. She has been taking it for a little over a year. Every time she has received the drug she notices immediate and ongoing improvement of her long COVID symtoms. This is in addition to the intended purpose of the drug, which is to prevent infection. I am commenting to add my voice to any others in asking that PEMGARDA be approved for general use and as a treatment for long COVID symptoms. The benefit is immediately observable by my partner as soo. As she receives PEMGARDA. I want to share my experience so that consideration for PEMGARDA as a long COVID treatment is part of any future approval. Thank you.
