Please consider removing the 510(k) clearance requirements for federally regulated drug testing would help industries that operate under DOT and USCG drug testing regulations. Doing so (and implementing oral fluid testing) would level the playing feild for US laboratories, expediate HHS certification and allow employers to test. Please remove the 510(k) requirement.
