I am a rheumatologist who treats patients with ANCA associated vasculits. I have used avacopan in few patients and they have very well in my own experience. This drug like other rheumatologic drygs has side effects and needs to be close monitored based on the updated data although from a real world data review this medication really helps. We do not have a lot of options for these patients and a risk benefit analysis is important.
