The trial data on eGFR differences between Tavneos and placebo were not impacted by the re-adjudication issue. Real world efficacy has been demonstrated as well, enough such that withdrawal of the drug would be counterproductive to medical care. I support the idea of re-evaluating its efficacy, but as a vasculitis specialist, I am asking for it not be withdrawn from the market.
