I truly don’t understand how creating a registry of HRT users has any benefit to the general public or to women in the US. There are decades of research on the safe, effective use for this treatment in both cis-gender and transwomen. This should not be up for debate. If the concern is about men preying on women, that’s a law enforcement issue and not for the FDA. We should be strengthening sentencing for rape and sexual assault and prosecuting men who participate in sex trafficking. Not wasting time and taxpayer money trying to punish people because you don’t understand their body image issues.
