I recommend to not use any other source especially private for profit weather businesses. The NWS is the best standard and is exceptional because it is a public entity focused on public service. It has created the science , models and tools we haev today. It should not be shared with business.
The transportation department has suffered mismanaement, disasters , incompetence, and corruption under the trump / republican administration and stems from the inept reagan policies. The current secretary duffy should be impeached and removed.
