I am the mother of a young adult who suffered anaphylaxis on a plane, just as the plane was about to depart. She was able to get off the plane and rush to emergency. But what if this had happened mid-flight? There's no reason airplanes should not have pre-filled epinephrine doses available. Epipens don't take up any room, and only expire every few years. They're low cost. This should be a minimum safety standard. It could truly save lives!
