As a pediatric healthcare provider, I know that drawing accurate epinephrine doses from a vial via a syringe requires precise technical training—something we cannot realistically expect from cabin crews or frantic passengers during an active, life-threatening emergency. Furthermore, the complete lack of dedicated, pre-measured pediatric dosages puts children at severe risk. As a mother who navigates the daily reality of food allergies, the sky should not be a place where my child is left unprotected. I fully back this petition's call to modernize EMK requirements with user-friendly, pre-measured auto-injectors or nasal sprays.
