In Figure 3 to paragraph (h), in the first bullet, there seems to be a rogue comma between "Instrument Approach Procedures (IAP)" and "SA CAT I". We believe the intent is not to prohibit all IAP procedures, and only prohibit the listed IAPs: SA CAT I (aka CAT I AR), SA CAT II (aka CAT II AR), CAT II, CAT III...
