Summary: The commenter suggests a technical revision to the proposed Airworthiness Directive to include "or a later revision" language. This change would prevent aircraft owners from having to repeat inspections already covered by more recent Mandatory Service Bulletins.
The revisions of the Mandatory Service Bulletins (MSBs) listed in section (k) ("Credit for Previous Actions") do not include the latest revisions, which are listed in section (n) ("Material Incorporated by Reference"). Rather than listing every revision from revision 0 forward, this section should be updated to say something to the effect of "or a later revision" to allow Diamond Aircraft to continue to publish improvements to the MSB without forcing owners to unnecessarily repeat an inspection under the proposed AD.
