My Name is James Warner I am a local chairman for the SMART-TD out of Sioux City Iowa on the Union Pacific. The way these drones are being allowed to be used for testing is a distraction to the conductors whom already have enough safety task at hand without the added distraction of management being allowed to fly drones above thier heads. When done in low light situations the distractions increase exponentially.let alone with the current situation of the world hiw are we supposed to know if these could be a terrorist threat. Thank you
