PROPIN CONFIDENTIAL FAA-2008-0030 Fokker Services B.V. - Exemption/Rulemaking Scheduling Meeting Reduction I am requesting for assistance in Filing the Request to the Court for the Motion to File the necessary documents for the proper Filings and Procedures for Motions to Participate in the Court Proceedings and allow for the opportunity to provide information or clarification with any aspect of the proceedings for violations of civil rights and criminal monetary transactions by individuals who were employed or associated with my previous employers and the harmful effects of their actions against myself and my family for the cases under the National Highway Traffic and Safety Administration. I am Requesting the Establishment and Implementation for the Passenger Air Service Improvement Act as amended by the Essential Air Service Act, the Aviation Consumer Protection Programs Act and Advisory Committee, the Ethics Requirements Act, the Privacy related to DOT’s FAA ATO System Operations AJR-G5, and the implementation of the establishment and enactment of the provisions for the Aircraft Operations of air carriers during any hour at an airport exceed the hourly maximum departure and arrival rate established by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration for such operations and excess of maximum departure and arrival rate at such airport are likely to have a significant adverse effect on the safety and efficiency use of navigable air space. The establishment of Collaborative Decision Making Pilot Program will streamline Reports from the Secretary of Homeland Security for the Complaint List and to provide Reporting for the air traffic carriers in incidents involving animals during transport and delay reduction actions. I am requesting the Secretary of the Department of Transportation to request air carriers to attend meetings along with any Exception or Waive that may be applicable, on my behalf and this written statement of my Consent by Voluntary Request, in the the Federal Aviation Act, the Privacy Act, and the FAA Administrator’s determination that it is necessary to convene such meeting for the requirements to meet a serious transportation need or achieve an important public benefit and the Transcript will be kept and made available in three business days, by the Approval of the Federal Aviation Administration for the Continued Airworthiness EWIS Maintenance Program and the establishment of new maximum certificated weights shall apply for an amendment of the Airworthiness Certificate. I am requesting the Approval for the Applications for amendments to type certificates and supplemental type certificates for amendments to acts for the Applications filed on or after December 10, 2007 and June 7, 2010, please.
