Please do not infringe on private property rights with regulations concerning seller financing. I have helped many people buy homes, improve their credit and refinance. In the Western U.S.
the buying and selling of farms and ranches would be negatively affected.
Any regulations in this area will not solve the problems that were created when the government backed-up big lenders. Nobody is backing up private financing and it's working very well!
