Based on my reading of your document, the EPA needs more time for "greater regulatory flexibility and support". While that is understood, another two years to wait for compliance with the limits is another two years that our system is failing the residents. Please add accurate communication of the PFOA and PFOS contaminant levels so that citizens can plan accordingly until you can be set up to address this compliance issue. A few questions: Where are reports that show the levels? Are these reports stored to provide trends - past, present & then future? What interim steps are you taking to mitigate the negative impact of non-compliance during the next 5 years (additional 2 years after 2029)? Where I live on Nantucket, we have a federally-designated sole source aquifer and one public well is closed due to these contaminants. We are waiting. Drinking water from our single source, showering or bathing in our water, cooking with our water - none of this should be the reason we have health problems in the future. Time matters. Accurate data matter. Excellence matters.
