Obviously the rules currently regulating PFSA on Nantucket Island are not strong enough as it is already being found in our groundwater. With a single source aquifer we need to work harder to protect it. We need to be serious about reducing sources of these chemicals and ongoing testing and data collection and accessibility are necessary to determine how effective our efforts are.
