Summary: The commenter, an individual, opposes the proposal to rescind regulatory determinations for four PFAS substances. They argue that the action de-regulates drinking water protections to favor corporate profits and urge the EPA to maintain protections for clean drinking water.
I oppose the Trump administration EPA proposal to reduce the number of PFAs chemicals in drinking water. We have dealt with a lot from this administration, and we continue to fight back. De-regulating our drinking water protections is absurd! You claim it's because the Biden administration didn't do something that would be illegal. Yet you provide no evidence (like always). There is nothing wrong with the Biden administrations bill to regulate PFAs in our drinking water. Also you claim it's going to cost to much for companies to limit 4 PFAs chemicals in our drinking water in the next few years. To damn bad! Those companies shouldn't have been allowed to do this in the first place. The Biden administration literally had to put a law in place to stop them. Obviously they can't regulate themselves. If anything, amend the law that says the companies have to absorb the cost of this. Why does this administration continue to harm people? Why do we have to have the conversation on whether or not to have clean drinking water? This is absolutely absurd and you need to drop this proposal. Protect our drinking water over corporate profits. I hope something happens to allow you to think about what you are doing and how bad it is. You need help. Thanks!
