I disagree with the proposed rule, as it relocates the costs of cleaning up coal-fire tail waters onto those who can least afford it. The EPA is neglecting it's charter as it allows oil and gas profiteers to continue to pollute our air and water. In order to save billionaires a small percentage of their annualized revenue, this rule pushes carcinogenic substances into our drinking water supply by reducing or eliminating restrictions. These substances (i.e. arsenic) cause serious harm to the community, which is a cost that is often times shouldered by those who are least able to afford it. We must not continue to line the pockets of billionaires at the cost of the health of our less fortunate communities. Please remove this rule from consideration, and maintain the regulation as stated in the 2024 version. -Myste Montesano
