I recommend to not allow any increase in pollutants like but not limited to leachate. The epa's (zeldin's) excuse for restarting the uneconomical, pollying, and outdated coal industry is weak, inaccurate, misleading and wrong. First we can cut the demand by allowing China to sell cheap ev cars in America. Second we can stop the war on clean, cheap,. renewable solar and wind energy. Climate change caused by producing and consuming fossil fuels has caused economic damage. Studies have shown Aramco has caused 69 trillion dollars in damge to date. Chevron has caused 29 trillion dollars to date. The economics are against fossil fuels it costs more to fix damages than any benefit to humanity. In addition 40,000 Americans die annually from air pollution. The trump republican policy of deregulating also costs American taxpayers more in clean up costs, leaks , spills, disasters, workmens compensation, liability, lost time. The republicans disregard for worker safety and environmental protection is costly. In short the only beneficiaries in deregulation is corporations and the politicians who are employed by the corporations. Meanwhile Americans re left to drink polluted water, breathe toxic air, and pay for the cleanup
