I do not consent. I do not consent to geo-engineered mosquitos and ticks, created by a psychopath, to be introduced to our environment. Every such introduction produces cascades of issues large and small. I do not consent to geo-engineered skies. Spraying toxic chemicals over everything. I can't believe the EPA is the instigator of these horrific policies. Is there no one who works there who actually really does care about the environment?
