Indiana still uses 12 coal-fired power plants, so this amendment directly affects my state. Stripping away environmental protections is generally a poor choice and can be disastrous. Allowing heavy metals to further pollute our water and soil tends toward the disastrous. I strongly oppose actions like this that will lead to future superfund sites.
