I am writing to express my opposition to the proposed changes to the Environmental Protection Agency rule entitled “Hazardous and Solid Waste Management System: Disposal of Coal Combustion Residuals From Electric Utilities; Legacy/CCRMU Amendments” (Docket ID No. EPA-HQ-OLEM-2020-0107).
Water flows downhill, along with any toxic material it picks up. What's being done to protect the innocent people downstream? I personally don't have problem with the new rules. The local residents get poisoned against their better interests. People live in the contaminated neighborhoods, not coal mine operators.
