Summary: An individual expresses opposition to the proposed action based on personal health concerns regarding coal combustion residuals. They claim that living near a coal-burning plant led to multi-generational cancer and asthma in their family.
Our expended family if greatly concerned about the changes. Growing up near coal-burning Notre Dame, we feel that it was the reason for our family experiencing cancer. There are no BRACA genes or otherwise that point to our multi-generational cancers. In addition, the asthma in our non-smoking family members is high. When our daughter moved away from the area, her asthma improved. We say no to bringing poor quality of our air back.
