The DMR-QA program creates undue burden for permit holders, without the necessary experience, to essentially police laboratory approval that is already available in the form of TNI laboratory certification. If the laboratory holds current TNI certification why should we be required to also collect DMRQA information from them? Let the accrediting bodies handle this and require that we use TNI certified labs.
