Summary: The commenter opposes the proposed DMRQA requirement, arguing that it is not beneficial in its current form. They suggest that requirements should be tailored to the specific laboratory's permit, scope of knowledge, and technician abilities rather than using anonymous ranges.
I believe the DMRQA requirement is not beneficial at all in the form that it is presented in. It needs to be tailored to the lab itself to assure compliance is being kept within the permit requirements of that specific lab as well as the technicians' abilities to comply with maintaining accuracy within the scope of their specific knowledge of the lab they work within. Creating anonymous ranges that don't meet within the limits that EPA sets forth but complies within the ranges the permitted is imposed with, makes no sense.
