Comment on FR Doc # 2026-13248

I oppose this proposal. There is no justification provided and no explanation why these changes are necessary. These changes will allow political considerations to destroy existing and well functioning programs. Existing regulations allow ample flexibility. It is terrible and unnecessary to politicize these programs.
