As Executive Director of St Gianna Center for Women’s Health & FertilityCare, I would like to express my concern regarding funding of fertility services. For the last 16 years, our organization has helped over 1200 patients understand & chart their fertility. In 2025, over 60% of our clients came to us experiencing “unexplained infertility “. But by using Creighton Model FertilityCare Charting, we are experiencing a 40% success rate in our clients achieving pregnancy, just by understanding their fertile window & using days of fertility to achieve pregnancy. And when our clients work in coordination with a doctor practicing Restorative Reproductive Medicine (RRM), specifically NaProTecnology, we have an 80% success rate. RRM & NaPro get to the root cause of infertility. And often when that root cause is identified, women not only can achieve a healthy successful pregnancy, but their overall quality of life improves. Often, issues such as endometriosis & dysmenorrhea are resolved, leading to better quality of life. I respectfully ask that further funding go towards medical care that is Restorative. Alternatively, IVF & ART, Artificial Reroductive Technology do not get to the root cause of infertility Though a healthy baby may be the outcome, 6-8 babies are lost in the process & the mother still suffers from undiagnosed & untreated conditions. This is a tragedy. I respectfully request more funding to be directed to RRM and NaProTecnology.
