Comment on DOS-2026-0496-0001

Sounds like a cash grab by PPT forcing frequent travelers to renew their passports more frequently. I don't see how this is supposed to reduce waste if people will have to apply for new passports more often because they don't have the large book option anymore. Wouldn't that just create even more waste?
