Bennett LehmanOpposeIndividual
Summary: A visually impaired individual opposes the extension of compliance dates for web accessibility. They argue that the delay is an attack on the blind and visually impaired community and urge the revocation of the ruling to maintain the original regulation.
As a fully blind individual who has faced significant barriers accessing websites like my local school district's site or commercial sites, I think that this rule delaying the rights we all deserve is unfounded, and a direct attack on the blind and visually impaired community. I was deeply saddened to here of its implementation, and urge this ruling to be revoked and the original regulation to continue as planned.
