Hello, I oppose this proposed rule. I am of the belief that there needs to be transparency in our military since the military is funded by the American taxpayer. Since it is taxpayer funded there needs to meaningful oversight and I worry that this proposed rule will limit that oversight. By expanding exemptions of the privacy act you reduce the publics ability to ensure government agencies are acting responsibly.
