Summary: An anonymous citizen argues that FEMA needs to address "Zoolutoon" management—supervisors who undermine their subordinates' success and create a toxic work culture. The commenter advocates for removing these managers, improving federal workplace patriotism (including flags and patriotic music), and ensuring more qualified individuals are in leadership positions.
I am writing in the capacity of an anonymous United States citizen to add public comment to the FEMA Review Council. Please if possible remove my email address from this comment before displaying publicly. Although I know FEMA to have a lot of tremendously wonderful supervisors and managers that are very dedicated to the mission of helping disaster survivors before, during, and after a disaster, like many great organizations, the problem of Zoolutoon management sometimes plagues FEMA. For this reason, I believe that more could be done.
What is a Zoolutoon? A Zoolutoon is a supervisor or manager that works against their own subordinates success. Zoolutoons in an organization threaten to make a zoo of the organization through employees spreading the bad behavior and or creating a culture such that employees eat each other like animals. Many times Zoolutoons not only do that but they also can make an employee’s progression in their job and also in their life extremely hazardous to the pleasure of the Zoolutoon.
What I have seen first hand is a supervisor with only a high school diploma belittle an MBA graduate who had a lot of other degrees and graduate education and other extremely impressive credentials. Why would someone with only a high school diploma be put in charge of people hired into a position designed for a person with a Juris Doctorate? What is worse is that when that MBA graduate has his degree from the very same institution that President Trump got his Doctorate of Business Administration and when the agency listens to the Zoolutoon who has little to no leadership experience complain that the MBA graduate doesn’t have any leadership skills, it is like the blind leading the blind. Believe it or not, this system determines pay raises, employee performance, and all sorts of things based on the kind of things that some of these Zoolutoons write and say.
Zoolutoon managers who work against their own subordinates should be ashamed of themselves. What is worst is when other managers see the problem and make it even worse by claiming racial issues such as by stating that talking about having a degree from the same school as President Trump is some kind of racial speech. It is sick and it is sad.
Having a Zoolutoon manager that opposes a person’s success because they make more than the Zoolutoon and or have more qualifications is really a problem. If the Zoolutoon doesn’t do anything all day long, only has a high school diploma, and continually complains about their job, income, other people making more then them, and who is still working for the organization that they would like to see fired, then perhaps their best place is not a position in the office but instead remote work as a non supervisor if still employed. This is especially the case if they continually make excuses as to why they cannot do the job to begin with while expecting subordinates to trust them, worship them like a god, and do their every command without questioning the consequences. Especially when the subordinate follows the directions of the Zoolutoon exactly, bad things happen, and the Zoolutoon then blames the subordinate like a scapegoat for their own errors.
When I write about these things, I am talking about federal facilities that don’t even have a U.S. FLAG on display! We need a way of reducing and eliminating Zoolutoons from all workplaces especially federal workplaces. Zoolutoons are worse than communist infiltrators. Can a house still stand if it is divided against itself? A Zoolutoon uses the resources of the organization strategically to enrich themselves, eliminate more qualified people that are under them, and secure their power. It is time to put an end to this reign of corruption and tyranny and let freedom ring!
I firmly believe that all federal facilities should be required to have multiple U.S. flags on display and places set aside that people can take their breaks at while sitting around the flag. The Battle Hymn of the Republic should be played continuously at all federal facilities and other classic patriotic music should be played as well. Perhaps the pledge of allegiance could be said before and after each work day as well. Paintings of great U.S. presidents should line the halls and passageways of all federal facilities such as Abraham Lincoln, General Grant, George Washington, and such. Don’t let the Zoolutoons rule and reign over our great nation of opportunity because if you do, then you will be condemning your sons and daughters and or their sons and daughters to a yoke of slavery!
