Good call to remove the inpatient only list and cut 340 B payments. As is quite evident, they were not being used in a manner consistent with the intended ethical purposes, but simply to fund opsonization of physician practices and c suite remodeling. Now that all are in agreement, why not admit that physicians aren't nearly as conflicted as business majors and allow the people who are trained to take care of patients to own and run the profession again. Give hospitals back to the physicians.
