PROPIN CONFIDENTIAL CMS-2454-IFC RIN 0938-AV98 Community Engagement Requirements for Certain Trade Agreements I am Requesting Approval of this Interim Final Rule, under the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the Department of the Treasury, OPM, the Department of Interior and the Secretary, Department of State and the Secretary, the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Justice and Attorneys General, the Department of Agriculture and the Secretary, Department of Health and Human Services and the Secretary, Director of National Park Service, the Department of War and the Secretary, DHS, FBI, Director of OMB, and all agencies and departments involved, on my behalf and the Administrative Procedure Act, by the implementations and enactments of the Promotion Authority Act of 2002 for my intention on to enter into force with respect to the United States the implementing bill meets the standards set forth with the trade authorities procedures and authority under the Uruguay Round Agreements Act that nothing shall limit authority of the President for the Implementation of Trade Agreements and to allow the community engagement with enactments of the Alien Fishing Act, to provide benefits under the provisions of Section 301 of the Immigration Act of 1990, the General Act of 1978 for the Secretary of Defense shall provide Chairman of Council Revision Notes 1962 Act, the Antiquities Act of 1906 and the object ms of antiquity are hereby transferred to the Federal Inspector shall provide for Section 402 of the Federal Water Pollution Act, and the Act of August 15, 1916 by the Secretary of the Department of Interior to provide for An Act To Establish a National Park Service and for other purposes which the Secretary shall be under the charge of a director, who shall be appointed by the Secretary of Interior and shall be appointed by the Secretary assistants and other employees to be designated, one Assistant Director, One Chief Clerk, one Draftsman, one messenger, and in addition thereto, such other employees as the Secretary of Interior shall deem necessary.
