Comment on CMS-2026-1454-0001

I send in this statement of support for RHC proposed decrease of oversight. As a surveyor for 20 years, it is my concern that this proposal poses a significant threat to patient safety in RHC and OPT settings. We are concerned that this change will lead to weakened oversight, increased risks of non-compliance, diminished accountability, and ultimately harm to patients.
