Summary: The University of Missouri Health System and University Physicians comment on several proposed Medicare quality measures. They support the proposed revisions to the Electronic Prior Authorization measure (specifically the use of yes/no attestation and optional status) but oppose the transition of the Unique Device Identifier (UDI) measure to a performance-based model due to significant technical and financial barriers.
