On behalf of Firely USA Inc., thank you for the opportunity to provide comments on the Interoperability Standards and Prior Authorization for Drugs (CMS-0062-P) proposed rule. Firely strongly supports the continued efforts of CMS and ONC to modernize healthcare interoperability through the adoption of FHIR based APIs and offer the following attached recommendations. As an active member of the HL7 Da Vinci Project, we further endorse their technical recommendations and responses to the RFI found in this rule.
