I urge you to preserve existing standards for BLM 6320: "BLM Manual 6320, Considering Lands with Wilderness Characteristics in Land Use Planning" . Do BLM has given no sensible reason for reversing decades of standards against the clear weight of public objection, is unjustified. Thank you
