I am opposed to all revisions to BLM 6320: “BLM Manual 6320, Considering Lands with Wilderness Characteristics in Land Use Planning” that will weaken protections for wilderness areas, lands with wilderness characteristics, or recommended, proposed, and eligible wilderness areas. I have hiked and camped over many parts of our beautiful country, east coast, west coast, the south, and now Hawaii. When roads, motorized vehicles, or logging are admitted into these places, their wilderness character is destroyed. Congress can’t fix it in the future. America’s loss is permanent.
Please think about the future. This administration will be gone in two years, but damage to our lands could be forever.

The Bureau of Land Management has given no sensible reason for reversing decades of protections. A change on this scale, made without a sound basis and against the clear weight of public objection, is unjustified.
