Please see the attached comments submitted on behalf of The Cloud Foundation, a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting and preserving wild horses and burros on our western public lands, regarding the proposed Revision of Regulations for Grazing Administration, Exclusive of Alaska (Docket No. BLM-2026-0001; 91 FR 26852, May 12, 2026). The Cloud Foundation urges the Bureau to withdraw the proposed rule and to prepare a full Environmental Impact Statement.
