Summary: The Computer & Communications Industry Association (CCIA) supports the development of new guidelines for business collaborations to provide regulatory certainty for technology firms. In response to the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice’s request for information for Guidance on Business Collaborations, the Computer & Communications Industry Association (“CCIA”) submits the following comments.
