So 13 years ago I was mentally adjudicated in AZ. I spent 10 days in a hospital for evaluation with two of those days being Saturday and Sunday and never again. I wasn’t in my right frame of mind and I was severally hart broke , I was evicted from my residence and lost my job in the same day. I was in my 30’s and felt like my life was over. I lived through it. Since then I have fixed my credit I pay all of my own bills I am not on any medication nor do I receive any assistance. Also I have been clean and sober for many years. When can I get my right to bare arms restored ? I have lived in Utah for 10 years now and I work for the state and I am and have been doing everything right.
If there is a specific time period that I must wait I feel that I have passed it. It’s been 13 years. I never hurt anybody nor committed any violent crimes and obviously never hurt myself. I am not a threat to anyone or myself.
