I support this proposed rule as requiring a trust to be created for a married couple to both be registered to an NFA item is completely unnecessary. A trust makes sense for adding other family members, or children alongside a spouse. But if it is simply a married couple, why create the extra paperwork for not only the individuals, but for the ATF, further creating delays and prolonging approval times for NFA items.
