My husband and I are both concealed carry holders. We are only common law married and want to insure our firearms are transferable. We are looking at suppressors for vermin control and want to be sure our ownership of a suppressor is transferable. We are both citizens and legal gun owners and want to maintain the ability to transfer firearms and accessories in the event that one of us is no longer alive and/or in Texas where common law marriage is legal.
