My wife and I have been together for 20 years, and fall under common law in Texas. We've been planning on getting a trust for NFA items because of this, and we are both avid sport shooters. Please make this apply to common law, we want to own suppressors but the nuances of it all given our common law status make it totally confusing. We're both CCW holders in Texas.
